In the region of Baza there was an important bathing tradition, as can be seen in the Baths of the Jewish Quarter, the Arab Baths of La Marzuela from the 13th century (today located in the district of Santiago de Baza) and the Roman Baths of Zújar. It is this tradition that we wanted to revisit.

What is a Hammam?

A Hammam is a Turkish or Arabic bath designed to cleanse and relax the body. Since ancient times there have been different types of baths; they can be steam or/and immersion baths. Our Hammam consists of three contrasting rooms: a pool of hot water (and steam), a pool of cold water and a temperate zone. It is recommended to alternate between the hot and cold water and to take a break from time to time.

The Hammam also has changing rooms, a massage room, a nap room and a solarium.

For more information about the benefits of the Hammam, recommendations for use, exclusivity, types of massages, treatments, opening hours, prices, payment and bookings, please contact reception: 667 524 219.
